The Child Polycentric Knee Joint is a paediatric prosthetic knee designed to provide stability, controlled movement and reliable support for children requiring lower-limb prostheses. Its polycentric design uses multiple pivot points to provide a controlled and natural knee movement pattern, while the manual locking mechanism offers additional security when required.

The joint is suitable for both above-knee (AK) and knee-disarticulation (KD) prosthetic applications. For AK users, it provides a stable knee mechanism between the prosthetic socket and lower-leg components. For children with knee disarticulation, the design can be used where a low-profile knee solution is required to accommodate the longer residual limb.
