The Children Derotation Bar and Night Foot Drop Splint AM-ADS-R is designed to immobilise and stabilise the lower limb while maintaining correct femur alignment for effective treatment and recovery. Featuring an adjustable rotation system, it allows precise positioning of the hip joint while preventing contractures and reducing pressure on the hip, knee, and ankle. The integrated foot support ensures a neutral foot position to prevent foot drop, while the durable aluminium frame and soft, breathable padding provide both stability and comfort.
