Description

Wondercast Plaster of Paris bandages are fast setting due to their unique porous impregnation manufacturing process.

Their special material structure made up of a stable cotton carrier and the even application of the plaster, allows the bandage to be moistened fast, together with excellent shape conformability and modelling properties.

Application Parameters:

Immersion time – 10 seconds or until all bubbles cease at 90 degree immersion in water temperature of between 20-25°C for best results. Squeeze gently after immersion for full creaminess.

Moulding time – 2 ~ 3 minutes
Setting time – +/- 5-6 minutes or until all bubbles cease at 90 degree immersion in water temperature of between 20-25C for best results

Setting time is the most critical criteria of a POP Bandage and determines the quality of a POP Bandage. Fast setting time is what all Orthotists and Prosthetists are seeking when applying a POP Bandage. POP bandages have a setting time of 4~5 minutes, which is faster than most other leading brands.
