IB-ER Winged Foot 4
The IB-ER Winged Carbon Foot has been designed as a multi-functional foot with a complete carbon fiber structure.

The IB-ER Winged Carbon Foot has two main plates. The two part divide allows +/- 10 degrees of inversion and eversion movement of the carbon foot. The split main plate design of the foot provides +/- 5 degrees of torsion from the pyramid section. For a smoother gait cycle, there is an additional inner carbon plate for comfort during the stance phase, causing the main plate to easily flex up to the point when the main plate shares the deflecting load with the inner plate.

Thanks to its split lines on the main plate, the pyramid section of the foot easily flexes from the center of the pyramid and causes +/- 5 degrees of torsion.

When a dynamic load is placed on the toe, the main carbon plate deflects up to a point when the load becomes shared with the C-shaped inner carbon plate. In this situation, the inner plate behaves like a shock absorber and shares the impact force with the main plate. This movement also supports energy return to toe-off phase.
