Aralon™ Stockinette from Comfort Products combines Kevlar and Nylon to create a unique tubular stockinette with exceptional properties. The qualities of each of these materials allows for a stockinette that provides superior impact and fatigue resistance. It is 40% stronger than fiberglass while weighing almost half as much. It also has a strength-to-weight ratio approximately two and one half times superior to fiberglass, and it eliminates itching! The stockinette also has excellent thermal stability with minimal changes in dimension through normal temperature changes. It is compatible with Polyester, Acrylic, Vinylester, Urethane, and Epoxy resins. Aralon™ Stockinette requires no changes in normal fabrication methods and stretches like traditional stockinette.
