Description

This unique triaxial fabric is supplied in a width of 110mm and offers a 0, +/-45 degree fiber orientation in one layer thereby reducing layup time and quality problems associated with incorrectly orientated fiber.

TCF110 is supplied with an adhesive binder coating to prevent the braided fiber from falling apart when being cut into layup panels. 

The quasi-isotropic architecture of triaxial braids provide uniform stiffness properties with improved torsional strength and less concern over delamination. 

This is the recommended carbon fabric to use when manufacturing most types of energy storing Orthotic devices.
